What’s not to love about meetups on the beach?

After being indoors during the Covid Zoom meetings, I am sure we are all thrilled to be back outdoors and enjoying each others company. Time on the beach means extra time outside, and the vibe is inherently laid back, encouraging attendees to unwind and naturally be social. Today I went to my first AA meeting on the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach sand. The fresh breeze, salty air, and sandy toes just made me feel so peaceful. Nature is known to have a powerful impact on the human psyche. It is one of the most potent energy boosters offering a wide-range of benefits. I highly recomend grabbing your beach chair and sailing into an outdoor AA meeting in your area!
